Emergency Service Fee
Standard Emergency Service Fee: All emergency service calls include a fee of $500. This fee must be prepaid via credit card before our technicians are dispatched to your location. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Siegman Diamond Members: Members of our Siegman Diamond Membership program benefit from a reduced emergency service fee of $250. This fee also must be prepaid via credit card prior to dispatch and is non-refundable.
